    Recursos de Galicia (RDG), as the data controller and in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and Organic Law 3/2018, informs you that the personal data provided will be used for the management of your application in the job bank and in the selection processes, including the assessment of applications, conducting interviews and other tests relevant to the position, without automated decisions being made. The legitimacy for the processing of personal data is based on the consent given by the data subject, as well as on the adoption of pre-contractual measures in the context of the selection processes. The data subject declares that the data provided is accurate, truthful and up to date, undertaking to provide only the information that is strictly necessary and relevant for the evaluation of their application. Likewise, as a general rule, they will not provide data on other people; however, if they do so, they declare that they have sufficient legal basis and that they have previously informed the person concerned.Los datos tratados por Recursos de Galicia (RDG) no serán comunicados a terceros, salvo a aquellos prestadores de servicios que participen en el proceso de selección y que actuarán, en todo caso, como encargados del tratamiento, cumpliendo con todas las garantías establecidas por la normativa vigente. The data will be stored for a maximum period of two years. To remain in the job bank after this period has elapsed, the interested party must update or resubmit their information before the end of the period, otherwise the data will be securely deleted. The interested party may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, portability and withdrawal of consent by sending a request to the data controller via the contact address or email dpd@rdg.gl. They may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) if they consider that their rights have been infringed.
