    In compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and Organic Law 3/2018, Recursos de Galicia (RDG), as the data controller, informs you that the personal data provided by the data subject, or by third parties on their behalf, considered accurate and truthful, will be processed for the reception, analysis, and management of the project proposal submitted and for handling any actions arising therefrom.

    The processing is based on the handling of the request within a pre-contractual relationship and on the legitimate interest of the controller. The data will not be disclosed to third parties, except where the purpose itself so requires and where legally mandated. The data will be retained for the period necessary to achieve the stated purposes and for as long as permitted under applicable legislation.

    The data subject may exercise their rights of access, rectification, portability, erasure, restriction, and objection by contacting the controller through the contact address and via email at dpd@rdg.gal. If you consider that the processing does not comply with applicable regulations, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency, available at www.aepd.es.
